Seven Seas will conduct a Hybrid Estate Sale over the weekend of May 31-June , 2024, to liquidate the contents of a historic home with outstanding Antiques, Art & Collectibles in the College Park area of Maryville, TN. This home has been on the Historic Homes Tour and the owner was famous for seasonal decoration, plus she ran an Upholstery Studio in her garage. The sale has a 256 Lot Online Auction on this site and a HUGE Tag Sale in the home, too. Access to preview and tag sale day is by appointment due to tight quarters and many fragile items.

THE ONLINE AUCTION INCLUDES: Gorgeous Antique Furniture in every room including fine Marble Top Tables; several Curios; elegant Dining Table & Chairs; Beds & Chests; Desks; a Footstool Collection, plus Oriental Rugs, Mirrors, Decorative Shelves; many Clocks & great Lamps!
